I think this is the sentence that illustrates the biggest problem of steem at the moment.
When joining steem new users believe that the only way to earn is to produce content. With few SP they post articles that won't get any value. Then they leave...
Content creators should value their readers and their comments. You are a great role model here.
If a user dedicates his time to read my post and leave a comment. I should value this with at least an answer or better an upvote to his comment.
If content crestors value more their readers. There would also be more consumators of content!
It is clearly visible that authors who answer and upvote comments have more interactions on their posts

absolutely. i’ve always said...if someone takes 5 minutes out of their day and reads my content then posts a comment. the LEAST i can do is up vote them and respond.
if we all do that more i think people won’t leave so quickly :)
