RE: Cryptocurrency Awareness Campaign [Share Your Punchlines!]

in #marketing7 years ago

To be honest I think this confrontation approach of punchlines is not something nice to do. Steemit should be proud of doing it's own thing because the best will eventually turns out to be here. I find it dangerous. I find it bullying. Sorry I don't like this confrontational approach. Another thing 2017 was not totally this incredible breakout year for blockchain technology, last year December 2016 Bitcoin transaction fees closes at $0.26 cents per transaction, this Christmas it went as up as $41.65, which means low fees which so many proclaims as one of the key things of the blockchain technology went downhill by this example.

I think you've misunderstood this post. This is about celebrating the incredible community being built here on steemit and the disruptive blockchain technology behind it... this campaign is about sharing facts about how Steem has empowered people and the content they share. This isn't about confrontation, it's about education.

Really? Sorry, there are different ways of sharing facts and to celebrate. 'How much has your, some platform paid you?' Is it celebration? Then: 'Do you have any ideas of how to 'shake up' the centralized, fiat-driven world with memes and punchlines?' I think steemit is great and if it already shared over $ 22 million with us, it is of all of us interest that steemit reaches $511 billion as did Facebook and do not change it's policies. Again I disagreed with this kind of celebration and I don't share it. Sorry.
