Greetings and Happy Friday.
So today, my fiance and I went to clinic for medical checkup. For those who are planning to get married, you should not only be thinking about the details like flower, catering, your maid of honor, bridesmaid, best man, ties and veils, and the knickknacks that come with a wedding.
There are still a lot of preparations for wedding. Of course we should list down all the preparations on one wedding journal specifically. The most important thing; definitely the budget. Do or plan your wedding budget in excel form and few remarks on what have been paid and other things that progressing well. Search for website; https://wayfaringwanderer.com/free-12-month-wedding-planning-checklis/ , try an application https://ladymarry.com/#!/ from google store might be helpful. Ideas from https://www.pinterest.com/ also so interesting and I love all of them.
Why medical checkup?
You should be thinking about life beyond the D-day not the wedding itself, but after the wedding-specifically; you and your spouse health. Also, your health status when you are still single might not be what you need for a lifetime of marital contract. The consequences of not knowing your health status before tying the knot spells not guaranteed for your kids.

Churches demand premarital tests for HIV and hereditary disease. If you want to request full medical check up, of course can. They can test for your blood pressure, urine test, cholesterol and blood glucose test etc.
Medical checkup can be made from any private clinics or government hospital. It only took few minutes to examine the blood sample from the couple and the result is ready within 30 minutes. Plus, we have to hear the doctor's consultation too. Luckily I don't have the symptoms of trypanophobia and the doctor easily took my blood using a syringe with a syringe needle through the blood vessels behind my palm 😌
Trypanophobia - the extreme fear of medical procedures involving injections or needles.
Covered by cotton swab after the procedure to apply light pressure and to prevent further oozing out of blood from the vein.
Knowledge of your spouse blood group is important before marriage because of rhesus blood group incompatibility that affects the fetus.

Now, done with medical checkup ✔ and continue for other preparations and I will write and share a blog post about it soon for sure.
Thanks so much.
