DO THE FIRST COLONY ON MARS EAT CELERY?

I am lying down on my bed. Alone. And rainy outside. These was come up in my mind a few minutes ago:

If you guys have connection with people from NASA or institutions who are looking for a volunteer to do something in Mars, you know that you should contact me. I might can help to be a volunteer. I don’t have expertise about space and technology. In prior, they can teach me more about Synthetic Biology or Advance Molecular Biology or Biophysics that might be useful for supporting the first colony on Mars. In meantime, I will learn by myself. Or let us discuss it!
I want to grow celery in the organic media such as from banana trunk, leaves, grass, or using hydroponic. Beside celery, I have other plants in my list.
People should concern about food. They also should use small and limited material to grow their own food. In future, we have to think the effects of what we eat against our environmental, health and society. We know that when veggie and meat comes to the market, it is not only about what you can buy with your money and whether or not it is still fresh. The price you deal with is also the price to save our earth or to destroy our earth. Nowadays, the price you have to pay is not actually the food price only, it is also include: their working capital for buying insecticide, fertiliser and plastic pack, charity programme, save our earth campaign, etc which are not necessary to do when you can grow your own food at home with the materials (e.g bit soil, decomposed grass and leaves, even your feces) that you can get it free without damaging the earth itself. What we eat should come from the earth and come back to the earth with the same price or at least lower price. We shouldn’t to pay fertiliser, insecticide and plastic or thinking about cancer treatment and hospital bill afterwards.
Do the first colony on Mars eat celery?

After you read this, you might think I am crazy. Yes, I am. Being crazy is the way to enjoy life, there is a pleasure within craziness.
And this all comes up in my mind after a friend talked about her resolution in 2017 and I have no one. I am not sad about that, at least I do not need to flush my resolution out of the toilet in the end of this year because all of them will only remain as words like most people do.
