Wow, that is really bad-ass @irime :) the medal looks like something worth fighting for on its own ^^

It gives you something to work towards, keeps you focused on your training and gives you motivation to achieve more.

This is something I tell a lot of people. Having been active in sports ever since I was six myself, I know what difference it makes when you sit at home, you feel tired, the weather sucks, and you just want to skip the exercise and stay home to know that you have a competition that you really want to win in order to get you out of the sofa and into the training clothes :)

@fredrikaa Exactly! So many times the sofa and that bar of chocolate sitting in your cupboard start looking so appealing after a tiring day, but then you remind yourself that you don't want your opponents to mop the floor with you so you just take a deep breath, grab your things and go.

Thank you for the congratulations :-)
