Good day vor sparring 😊 time to test what the students learned. Its not about winning or losing !
We did repeat the same combos vor a week now and i allready see that they are using the steps and the 1 1,2 combimations.
- Warm up jump rope. A few punches ,kick, knees puch ups sit ups ...
- no pads partner drill 3 rounds of 3 min combos 1 2 and 3.
- sparring 6 rounds 3 min each
- brake 5 pull ups
- 3 rounds of pull ups 10 to 12 reps
- 3 rounds bizeps
6 . Day brake load some carb 😋 and relax
