It all seems to come together in a cohesive "story" that spells "the economic takedown of the western fiat monetary system" (that has to go down soon anyway).
Then helping people showing sign of compliance - like a Hitler salute - by using their masks - while at the same time opening up for all kinds of unwanted psychological traits that can create smokescreens for violent interventions by the governement etc.
