The teachers at my kids school are amazing, they go so far above and beyond the call of duty and they do it with a smile and understanding.
I spend a good ten minutes chatting with their teachers each day finding out how the kids went and if there were any issues or concerns and just what they did, this way I have some material for our 40 minute drive home - I can ask them questions, engage with them and help them respond by verbalising the emotions they express.
Without teachers none of this would be possible :)
