Me too but the meat has to be very tender and soft thats the way i like it.
I always soak the meat in water for a few hours. Then drain all the blood water and then i marinate it overnight.
You know the meat here in Mauritius how it is? Me I cook it in pressure cooker first then I add it to the marinade with potatoes 🥔, this is the best way to get it soft 100%.
