Not a bad analysis, except you're wrong! :-) McGregor will adopt a hands down style, moving in a way that Mayweather won't be able to figure.
He may even feign some kicks and knees, just to upset Mayweather, he will step into him, turning him around. For the first time ever Floyd will be truly flustered.
Then BANG! Conor smashes him with that left, stars, spinning, sick feeling, Mayweather gets desperate, starts complaining to the referee about whatever he can.
Conor smiles, still hands down, taunts, BANG! BANG! BANG! Lights out, Mayweather wakes up some time in the next week to the news that Conor McGregor is the champ and possibly the greatest pound-for-pound fighter that has ever existed... :-)

Thanks for your feed back! We can agree to disagree. I want McGregor to win! I really do! Mayweather will complain, especially if it is Kenny Bayless is reff, and more then likely is the fight is to happen. Mayweather will have to upper hand when it comes to fighting terms and conditions, but McGregor will be no shit crazy when it comes to the press.
I have see Mayeweather frustrated many of times, but quickly adapt. The best way that McGregor can win is to cut Mayweather in the early rounds and keep the bleeding. Mayweather gets scared when he starts to bleed, kinda funny to be honest. If McGregor can make Gayfeather play his game (which I hope) then we have a fight. But so far, it is a mismatch. McGregor knows this payday will be worth more then all his UFC purses combined, it will be an opportunity for him. Again, I truly hope he shocks the world!
I know what you're saying about the frustration thing, and Mayweather does have an annoying habit of overcoming these things. I'm just hoping that Conor can keep his style, because that for me is the key.
The problem is Mayweather is so damned hard to hit, which may frustrate Conor as you pointed out in your original analysis. I hope he does cut him, or simply do a Jose Aldo on him and knock him spark out within the first minute... Well no, let's get some entertainment out of it first; I'll settle for Round 3 :-)

I know Conor will bring his A game, but that won't be enough. I personally think any C-class boxer can beat McGregor in boxing. Then, I think any MMA fighter male or female can beat Mayweather in MMA. This will surly be an interesting match for sport fans. If this fight does become a good fight and McGregor wins by any chance, this will open the doors to many and might create a whole new business in sports.
It's really hard not to agree with you, especially when you see McGregor spar...
Wow, can you imagine? Now that would be awesome, kind of like crossover comics (Batman v Superman etc.) but for real world sports :-)

Hahaha, I would say more like Batman Vs. Wolverine! But you do have a point.
Of course, I forgot they are from the same DC universe :-)
