I haven't had cable in years and years, but my former cable company charges me a fortune for the internet now. I also pay for Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Hulu. I still get discs from Netflix, because they don't stream nearly every film that is available in the DVD library. It ends up being the same as when I paid for cable and occasionally rented movies. I don't even watch much of it, my wife does. I pay for YouTube Red, because I watch that and I hate ads. Anyway, it costs about the same, but the convenience of watching things on-demand is priceless.
