Upper abdominal pain is not always gastric pain.sometimes this pain is occurred due to cardiac problem.Usually cardiac problem start after the age of 40.If your age is above 40 and you feel upper abdominal pain specially during running,walking,stairing you should visit with graduated doctor and doctor will give a investigation which name is ECG(Electrocardiogram) then you will noticed either your cardic problem or not.If there is any cardiac problem treat it's immediately by doctor.
