I don't know what type of insomnia I have, but sleep for me has always been a problem, I have tried all types of herbal remedies including cannabis tea, I don't smoke it cause it damages my throat, and none of them work, alcohol used to work but once the effect was over the thing got worse. I have been using clonazepan for years now and I find it does work, and I feel no side effects, of course drugs can have different effects on different people. Also I find napping in the afternoon leaves me feeling kind of dizzy so I don't even try that.

but i know cannabis is not good for sleeping
in past year i smoke weed and eat cannabis cake
in my sleeping is very effective
my rem (deep sleep) is not coming and i haven't see my dreams
after cannabis withdrawal my rem is back
and alcohol is very harmful for you and your sleeping

do you know about melatonin pills ?
it is a miracle
please research about melatonin
