I just found an interesting news from my facebook wall which is relating to some medical treatment.
To be honest here it's just new information for me and quite surprise and motivated me as well to do so. LOL
However, i just read some medical news relating to it and here some concluition that i could shere you guys hopefully it usefull.
-Ejaculate regularly.
Cement or male semen is produced in the prostate gland, its function is related to reproduction and sex. Some men have impaired prostate because they seldom ejaculate. At a young age, ejaculation usually occurs by itself through wet dreams, but when adult age ejaculate through sex or masturbation will make the prostate so healthier and not clogged.
-Lowers cholesterol.
In the body, cholesterol is converted into testosterone. Based on observations, prostate tissue that has enlargement has a very high cholesterol content. Some doctors say prostate enlargement can be reduced or relieve symptoms by asking patients to lower their cholesterol in their blood to 200 mg / dl (milligrams of cholesterol per deciliter of blood) or less, as recommended by the American Heart Association.
-Expand to eat vegetables.
Male hormone levels are not so high in those who eat a lot of vegetables, and that may explain why prostate enlargement (BPH) is rarely found in cultures or communities that have more eating habits.
-Diligent exercise.
Indeed, there is no specific exercise for prostate health, but drink plenty of water, and regular sex can reduce risk. Clearly, many doctors observe that well-bodied men rarely experience prostate problems than those who sit more.
-Do not sit too long.
Sitting too long makes your prostate depressed for long. If the job requires you to sit more, get up and walk the streets for a moment to maintain your prostate health.
-Do not hold urine.
If you often want to urinate, people usually encourage you to practice holding them for as long as possible. This way of thinking is wrong, especially in cases of prostate disorders. You really can hurt yourself by holding your urine too long. If urine is held too long, your kidneys can be damaged. Go into the restroom as soon as you feel you need it.
