You don't like tumors, I don't like tumors. You ever wondered if science fiction can just jump from a vortex and into our world finding a cure for all of this? well I guess that's no longer necessary because reality it seems did have found a way to create nanobots to fight off. This research in concept first started having trials since 2015, March. Testing it out with only terminally ill patients. While it's creepy to think what would happens if these little buggers malfunctioned, I believe the implications would be minimal based on design and speaking of design, these things are programmed to blend in well with healthy cells while on search for cancer ones and eliminating them. Next stop, enhancing abilities for human beings and trialing it out on test subjects from the military. (I kid, I kid)
Researchers from Arizona State University and the National Center for Nanoscience and Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences have developed their nanobots from folded sheets, first inserted into the bloodstream of a mice. From a publication of Nature Biotechnology, the results came positive with tumor size shrinking. Most nanobots size from 0.1 to 10 micrometres, with the instruction of being delivered with great precision as required. With more further trials, this could finally have a successful product in the near future and bodes very well a lot of cancer patients out there in our world.
