It tastes delicious, too! The color fades more so in the cooking process, so the rinsing won't make too much of a difference in the final color. It still makes for a stunning look. :)
I have been able to find it at Costco here before, but also in some other grocery stores. It is also called forbidden rice. I hope you can find some neat you!
