Thank you for spreading awareness about the power of meditation. I practice Transcendental Meditation and it's helped me manage stress at school more than you'd think. My family also meditates and my sister is a firm believer that TM has helped her with stress management as well as sleeping issues.

There's many different types of meditation techniques; some you can learn by yourself and others need a licensed teacher to teach you. Exercising your mind is just as important, if not more important, than exercising your body! Here's one more follower!
