Over the last few months I have discovered a guided meditation app that helped me calming my mind and helped me forget my petty, daily problems and sleep better at night.
I do not want to advertise a product in particular here, but if any of the meditation-loving steemers are interested, I would be happy to share more information in the comment area.
The "inventor" of this app has been practicing meditation for many years and has also been a speaker at TED Talks.
