Meditation is huge, I try to at least a few times daily. I think there is some confusion about what meditation is exactly. I know there are different ideas about what and how meditation is, and I know my idea of what it is has changed. Now rather than trying to any kind of quieting of the mind or focusing in any way, I try to relax my attention or let things be and just observe my feelings and perceptions. This is more along the lines of non-dual teachers like adyashanti and spira, and I've found more "progress" with that type of meditation.
