Nice words of wisdom. Meditation fuses us with the eternal, relaxes the mind, takes out all the burden to feel as light as the incoming and outgoing breath.
@jamesallen,
That would be a great truth! Meditation helps to control our mind, so sorrow, greedy and temp should not be there. This is one of the great impact to our body via meditation!
Thank you very much for sharing such great quote!
Cheers~
Meditation is the dissolution of thoughts in Eternal awareness or Pure consciousness without objectification, knowing without thinking, merging finitude in infinity.
Truth isn't something that can be obtained quickly. It is a slow process but with that process being detained you learn to cherish it more and it sticks with you longer rather than it being forgotten and lost quickly
Another great excerpt @jamesallen
Always a great pleasure to read James Allen.
Nice post @jamesallen sir, i like to say that the goal of meditation is not to control your thoughts, it's to stop letting them control you.
