1- When we are very focused on something, we mobilize a lot more mental resources, and with that the impact of communication or what we are doing is much greater. Choose moments in your day to focus on something specific, this will train your attention and potentiate the results in your activities.   

2- Meditation is a diminution of psychic activity. And when we meditate our brain takes advantage of this moment to do a cleansing and mental harmonization. Meditation is a deep connection with your core, your essence, this facilitates the path of self-knowledge and understanding of the world around you.   

3- Meditate helps you to put yourself in your center and in balance, in this state everything you do will be much more lucid and concentrated. With this you will be able to extract much more from your mind and body, and the more you offer your body as a whole, with healthy habits, the more it will reciprocate with wellness and performance.   

4- Meditation strengthens the immune system, because meditating is able to make an adjustment of the mind/body ratio, which ends up creating a much stronger body and a healthier mind, which prevents all kinds of illness. And you do not need a lot of time to create and maintain this habit, just 5 to 20 minutes a day and that will be enough. Meditate soon to wake up leaves you much more energized and connected with the day that lies ahead. Develop the habit of meditating early, this will make all the difference in the performance of the day.
