Meditation, mind yoga

Meditation clears our senses, particularly our intuition helps us to have more focus and attention to what we feel, think and do.

Meditation is a massage for the soul, to the spirit and the mind and the body is received, there is no separation in our being, everything is interconnected, the more meditation more unity and balance.

Meditation can be considered the yoga of the mind, because yoga is not just a set of asanas, goes beyond the physical postures, giving more emphasis to the spiritual posture, personal and moral that we have in our day to day, such as meditation, which is not just a mental exercise to make a quiet, zen room for true meditation is mental tested in various situations in the quietest and the most agitated throughout our daily routines.

Currently we also hear a lot about Mindfulness, a term which has become more "in" but that is no more than the present awareness of where we are, are the actions, thoughts, emotions, gestures, intentions, etc., or MEDITATION is therefore no matter what name we give to things, but the awareness for our own well-being inside and outside, to feel more harmony in our lives.

Meditation clears our senses, particularly our intuition helps us to have more focus and attention to what we feel, think and do. The goal of meditation is not to control the thoughts, but just watch them, and allow the natural flow of coming and going, and so naturally we gain balance without forcing the mental silence, it just happens without thinking if it will happen or not.

Meditate then is the yoga of the mind, which can make daily, not to be 5 minutes before falling asleep and waking up, which will make all the difference in your life, and you'll see that unhealthy habits will disappear to make way for choices and attitudes healthy.

The essential in meditation is not to worry about how you are meditating, you are doing good or bad, it does not exist, only Quiet your body, focus on your breathing, notice your breathing and let stand for a few minutes and allows to enter the inner world of receptive way to go to the reunion of your self esteem. Try it and you will be surprised.

@selvaa There are so many benefits from meditation :). I like to think of meditation as freeing oneself from the mind and body.

meditation IS like yoga of the mind! well said :) my favorite is the combination of physical asanas followed by/supported then by the stillness of seated meditation. the movement of yoga postures stirs up and clears out energetic blockages for me to then sit more in stillness. stillness remains challenging for me though. thanks for the great post.
