Thank you :) I couldn't for a long time and wondered if there was something wrong with me. Then I learned 2 things

a) A lot of people with PTSD cannot tolerate sitting with their eyes closed (I have severe PTSD for many, many years)

b) Eyes open is the way for many methods (and almost all are open OR closed).

I read a book called Radiant Mind, followed the very simple instruction for "just sitting" and my consciousness was blown out of this dimension. I also began healing from PTSD very rapidly after that. I am eternally grateful.

Is your son on Steemit?
