RE: PROGRAMMING OF THE ROUTE

in #meditation5 years ago

Great post @edgarare1!

In meditation there are very rare, and fortunate, cases of beginners who can practice thirty seconds without interruption. Most are amazed at how little time they are able to concentrate without being distracted.

100% Agree with this. I started meditating about a month ago and it has been difficult for me to get into a routine. Like you say one of the first things I noticed was how surprisingly difficult It was for me to be able to not think about anything for even thirty seconds. Just trying to focus on breathing was a struggle....just goes to show how much rubbish we have flying around in our heads.

There is a noticeable difference though from mediating and as the days go on it gets easier and my general focus and thoughts become clearer.

Hello @symo

Wonderful to hear about you.

We know that all new things we start always have their difficulty, but as we practice we become experts as described in the content, just continue with the discipline step by step to be able to adapt.

Thank you for sharing your experience with me and I am so happy that you have taken the time to read my publication.

the best for you..

Yours, Edgar...!!!
