Every time is good if we can focus and meditate. The problem is that some of us have to make a living for our lives and families, so we have to be able to see suitable conditions and conditions. Morning is the best time for meditation because the body and mind have rested during the night's sleep. Good morning time around 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 in the morning. During the day at 12.00-14.00 noon and night at 19.30-21.30pm. If we are busy after a day's work we can do afternoon meditation if there is time and night after work. For 24 hours we set aside approximately half an hour to meditate. At least we collect spiritual treasures that we will use after we die.
