During day two of MegaCon I spent very little time in the vendor area. It was mostly just a crossing point from one end of the convention center to the other where the panels were. My plans is usually to explore the vendor area on Thursday and Sunday when it is likely to be the least busy.

The first panel of the day for me was titled "MEET STU AND BILLY: SCREAM STARS SKEET ULRICH AND MATTHEW LILLARD SPOTLIGHT". The title is pretty self explanatory. These two have been to MegaCon in the past though I don't recall what year it was. At least a couple of years ago. They are pretty fun to listen to and they each like to go out into the audience themselves to get questions from people. Not many others do this (though Anthony Daniels also does this sort of thing). They talked of course about making Scream, the next Scream movie as well as other projects they've been a part of.

The next panel I went to was "ALL ABOUT AHSOKA WITH ASHLEY ECKSTEIN". She does the voice for Ahsoka Tano since The Clone Wars in 2008. She also has a fashion label called "Her Universe". She is one of the most positive people I think I have ever seen.

Next of was "BREAKFAST CLUB 40TH ANNIVERSARY PANEL". While I like The Breakfast Club, it isn't really my favorite John Hughes film but I wanted to see all the actors here which included Molly Ringwald, Ally Sheedy, Judd Nelson, and Anthony Michael Hall. Anthony Michael Hall was the only one I had seen in person before as he was at MegaCon before as part of a National Lampoon's Vacation panel. I like Ally Sheedy more from Wargames, one of my favorite movies. Apparently that director was not nearly as pleasant to work with as John Hughes. This was a common theme they talked about...how great John Hughes was to work with and how many other directors that they worked with later were not so great to work with.

The final panel of the day was "MEL GIBSON SPOTLIGHT". I was honestly surprised to see his name on the list of guests for MegaCon. It was a pretty good panel with Mel Gibson being Mel Gibson and talking about some of the many things he has worked on as both actor and director. A surprise bonus was Danny Glover joining him on stage for a minute at the end.
With panels lasting 45 minutes and the wait in line lasting 30 minutes to an hour (depending on how close to the front you want to get and how sure you want to be that you will make it in before it fills up), there wasn't much time for exploring the vendor floor anyway. Saturday will be much the same.
I was surprised too, and I thought it was a scam when I saw it in the internet lol
