New Steemit member verification.

Recently my wife decited to open an accound on steemit. Unfortunatly she still wait's for verification. Does any one knows how long this prosses can take ?

U can join on steemit chat and find help there!

I waited for 1 week but nothing. I sent new request with other e-mail and i had the verification in one day.
