I'm sorry if I sounded condescending but it certainly wasn't directed at the readers here. I thought it obvious from the context that I was referring to all the feigned "ooohs" and "aaahs" in the studio from the corrupt pundits playing to their well-prepared audience.
And besides, I'm the kind of person who won't spend one dollar if I don't make a damn effort to find out where exactly that dollar is going to. Not because I'm greedy but because I have respect for that dollar and what it can do in the world. I'd rather spend that dollar on someone who really needs it (and there are people who do) than piss it away to crooks through laziness and ignorance.
And what the guy says in the video is no great secret or deep science. It's just plain common sense. And if you're betting your future, and future of those you hold dear on something then you better at least apply some common sense to it.
