I agree with @miti. I only joined Steemit earlier this month and from what I've seen so far, @fibra59 chooses a new judge every week who is always fair. You've got to remember that everyone has a different sense of humour and what's funny to you may not necessarily be funny to someone else. @rickyjrx chose this weeks winners based on what he or she found funny - it's as simple as that. Just keep entering and I'm sure you will win eventually, or get a mention at the very least! :)
The Memes I picked were the memes I found funny, like it has been stated, everyone has a different sense of humour. This challenge is not fake. There have been many weeks I have thought the memes that won were not funny but I didn't come on here saying the contest is fake and bad mouthing the judge because they also judged fairly based on their sense of humor.
I can assure you that this contest isn't a fake. I won it when i was here in steemit from less than 2 weeks and my reputation was only 25. Every week there is a different judge and we have to accept his fair and honest judgement.

I've never won the challenge, but I've had some very nice rewards from people upvoting my memes.
It's certainly not fixed, like it has been mentioned; different people = different results.
I would have put the Doge Coin one as the winner myself, because that was hilarious! XD

for me the important is the participation, :D i think before starting the challenge the judge selected should reveal her sense of humour to us :D , that will increase the challenge to make a good stuff !
