We need Fathers like yours and mine nowadays, they taught us the value of working, it is something that is missing in today's youth. Pete sounds like an awesome boss, I had a boss like him but it was a she, she cared for her employees and would do anything to help us. When my babysitter moved away, she bought a playpen and let me keep my daughter at work, I worked in a dry cleaning business.

Yes we do need more strong, confident father figures in the world. My Dad's generation were men of action. They didn't look to others for validation, protection. or direction. Pete was amazing. Almost all of his past employees had nothing but good things to say about him. He was a good judge of character too.
