The brain is the greatest jewel ever created by the Almighty.
The brain was design to capture information from the day you were conceived and use it throughout your life.
If you spend many years studying and acquiring higher education or experiences, you feel like you are a dictionary.
But sometimes, with all that intelligence you might misplace your keys. You might forget to pay on time your bills.

How can you improve your gray matter? How can you sharpen your memory?

EXCITEMENT

red_line.png

Excitement bring willingness to improve your memory. Just like in steem, I am happy to read my fellow steemians to learn what keep them on their tow everyday. Since I join steem, I triple my desire to read more and do more research to bring valuable posts to all. This is enjoyment to my brain and my life.

I want to post. I have to post, it becomes an habit for me every day to come here and bring my A game to you all.
I have the feeling the interest is mutual and my heart is content in that regards.
Unfortunately I have missed some days to post. Busy days, I made sure I comment and encourage.
I even remember my fellow steemians by names so I know I am following them.
Let's say @stakin, @tojukaka. @exyle, and many more that take the time to comment.
I do have @gfi24k that have a lot of potential and we did start steem together.
Excitement has nothing to do with steem, it has to do with valor we have in each other.
Remembering important facts will improve your brain.

You should ask yourself some important questions. How and can I apply this information in my life? How can I better myself to help someone else? I wish to be at a steemfest one day. It will be a dream come true.
I have in mind @dobartim, helping fellow steemians all over the world. Gifting and encouraging with what he has. This is an act of gratitude. I do remember that.

Do you remember what you read?

If you come to steem and all you have in mind EARN,EARN,EARN you are definitely a WHALE. There is no shame to think that way, just be careful if you are not one and you need to remember there is rule to follow.
That's a good choice, be smart about it. We all know that the more you help the more you will get.
Seek opportunity to review what you have in mind.
We all want to be around bright minds. Unfortunately not everyone want to push the boundaries.
We all know clearly who's gonna make the cut.
Our minds can be so sharp if we put it to good use and exercise.
Take time to review what we want to share with each other.

Try to have in mind what you want to talk about. The time I take to write this post, give me a sense of giving and I read on and over. I am learning from my own lecture. I build an idea that push me to meditate on my next post.
By writing and reading, I give my brain the opportunity to focus on releasing what I have learned and that way, I have many positives ideas to meditate for the day.
The importance of focus on a goal is the whole purpose of life.
Thanks to the Almighty for giving each and everyone the possibility to learn and use the brain fully. Thanks to the Almighty you have free will, just use it wisely. Use it to the benefit of others and most likely yourself.

Repetition is key. You may read the whole post and forget 90%, but one valuable argument, you will remember that you read a post about memory on steem.
You should exercise care not to forget. Something should strike your life and then it will lead you to remember the most important things.
I know for sure there is more than steem in life. You have your problems to cope with. Some are with us everyday, some are passing by. Let them pass by.
Take the habit of occupying your time, your memory, your brain with up-building conversations. Try your best to avoid nonsense situation.

This is one thing you preach all the time.
practice makes perfect.

A great motivation for me, with what you say in this steemit, you want to give us a broad insight with your brain intelligence. I salute about this. Thanks for encouraging me to think of a good idea from my brain, it seems like you are very kind. Success always for you @pouchon😊

Thanks for the comment, same to you.

You are welcome @pouchon.

I sometimes wonder when my brain will be hooked to AI and I will have all the memory and computation power I want, how much more useful will I be? Will the only advantage I have then is intuition?
Thanks for the post @pouchon.

Just be careful with much tech around your brain.
Definitely a plus with a lot of control.
