Two strong cups of coffee (Azera)
One slice of brown bread toasted, left to cool and buttered.
One bowl of porridge made with semi skimmed milk, served with sliced banana.
One souped up chocolate peanut butter protein shake
SHAKE BREAKDOWN...
I freak'in love this shake and it's packed with protein so your muscles are gonna love it too. Peanuts pack a serious nutritional punch with vitamin E, niacin, folate, protein and manganese. The legume is also a good source of mono-saturated fat and heart protective antioxidants.
RECIPE...
Serves 1
Total time: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS...
2 scoops protein powder chocolate flavour
1 cup whole milk, use almond or soy for dairy free
1 banana
2 table spoons peanut butter
3 to 5 ice cubes
PREPARATION
Chuck it in blender, mix until smooth
