10 October is the day to spread awareness about mental health and the day is known is world mental health day.
State of mind
When we get any scratch on our body or we get injured we go hospital within no time to get medicine or first aid for it. As our body needs medicine same there is also medicine for our internal going on situations which are disturbing us. Every part of body is much important to us but the major one which is running the system of the whole body is our " brain " it is the sensitive part in our body. In this era we are working like machines and running our brain fastly. Our brain also needs some rest which is meditation. Human beings all have feelings and feelings are the most hurtful and blessed things both sides are important, these feelings are to share not to cramp them in our mind cage. When we don't share our feelings with others we feel lost and we get occupied by depression anxiety and other issues.

There were so many people who were even not familiar with the term " mental health " before COVID pandemic. It was the phase of lockdown when many people faces different situations. People faced nervous breakdowns and other complications in their lives. Back in lockdown everything was looking like caged in their own residences. The world was silent there was no one to hear the voice of others. People were facing depression because they had nothing to eat and no work to do. They were tensed about their life. Having fears in their minds laying down on floor with unfinished challenging feelings making their condition even worse bringing tears in their eyes, observing the future of their child, loss in their business and emotions were mixed. During time of COVID pandemic there were so many people who had ended their lives. That was the first time when a mass of people focused on this topic and they understood that there is a thing like " mental health " which is existing in this world and it is extremely important .
Ways to Improve mental health
We are living in the world of technology we have so many facilities in these days. Instead of using horses and elephants we are using cars now and now we can cover long distances within minutes it is all due to technology we can solve difficult puzzles within seconds. No matter how many facilities we have , no matter how much money we own , how much rich we are ! Only our health matters it should be on number one in our priority list.
There are different ways to improve one's mental health :
1- detach from your mobile
2- sleep well
3- you are precious
Detach from your mobile
Mobile is spoiling our lives no matters it is giving us so many things in positive but it has so many bad effects. When we see other people's life on internet we start comparing our lives with others which is demotivating our own selves so it is better to remain detach from mobiles.
Sleep well
Insomnia is a big problem in young generation these day they remain awaken whole night and it is disturbing their normal routine life . Everyone should take good sleep.
You are precious
One of the major reason behind depression is comparison. We should treat ourselves like we treat our besties and we treat our loved ones we should learn self love and care. And then life will be a paradise for us.
