It is quite similar to the quote I had in the topic. In other words, your capability of managing your thoughts, your emotions, and behavior, turning all of it into something that will help you face challenges and overcome hardships, that is mental strength. Let me give you an example. As you suddenly lose your job and your income is suffering, that is a hardship. But, with mental strength, you can overcome, manage your thoughts, and actually come out of it in a better way by finding solutions to the problems. Mental strength helps you to focus in the midst of hardships, and it strengthens you and helps you find a way throughout the valley.
And it is quite obvious that if you have mental strength, then that will help you feel content in life, and it will make you perform better at work, at home, and wherever you are, simply because you are capable of walking the higher way, the better way, and a more focused way, even when life is tough!
