If you already clicked the link and gave your keys away you can recover the account I think. Hopefully you haven't done that though.

Then the only thing we can do if we see comments like the above is to warn others that it may be a scam.

@keys-defender will probably blacklist the
@happyfrog420 account but the scammer will use a different hacked account on a different day

That’s why I don’t blacklist accounts but only the phishing domain. See my lateste posts fore more info.
