What if we stop drinking water ?

We have to sell our water purifiers to scrape dealers. No you are wrong.
About 60-80% of human body is water ,which helps in digestion and excretion. Major component of blood is water. However we loose about 2-3 litres of water from body in the form of sweat, breathing and urine. Hence to compensate water loss if we don't drink enough water then we will get dehydrated. During dehydration our brain performs harder than normal and our kidney might get damage.As a result it starts producing concentrated urine.Because kidneys contain nephrons which stops filtering capacity when get dehydrated and tend to damage kidneys in longer time.
Dehydration also stops producing saliva which causes dry mouth. Dehydration also causes our brain tissues to shrink. As a result we start getting headache , anxious and energy level in our cells go down and skins become dry.

Besides this chronic dehydration can lead to various Heath problem and even death.

We need to drink at least 2 to 3liter​r water everyday.
Try to drink warm water rather than Cold water.
