Onions are amazing! Love the taste, whether raw or cooked and they add so much depth to dishes. Couldn't live without it. Now to figure out how to chop onions without crying...that's the million-dollar question.

Yes you are right, onion is not only one of the best food but its well known for its medicated values. One of my friend grows his hairs back via applying onion extract to his scalp.
