Environment of Crypto Regulations In India is on the very dangerous way. as government not supporting bitcoin we can't
say anything about regulations but if you thought crypto in India was over, than you were wrong.
In recent statement by High ranking officials says that long awaited crypto regulations on the way.
supreme court agreed to review petition again RBI ban In July. This might be a positive move to India crypto community.
In the recent statement of Subhash Chandra Garg, Secretary of the Department of Economic Affairs at the Ministry of Finance.
" we are fairly close to developing a kind of template which we think might be in the best interest of our country. we have prepared a draft which we intend to discuss with the committee members in the first week of July.
Recently Ripple's Chief Said That RBI Might be reverse decision on crypto ban
As per RBI there is no ban on crypto currency trading in india,
while RBI made an Announcement on 6th April saying that banks should stop dealing with All the exchanges working with crypto currencies And given 3 months to all the banks to withdraw all support.
deadline to stop working with banks is on July 5th. India's major
banks might be withdraw support from exchanges to buy bitcoin for inr.
All the hearing are on 18-19 july 2018 lets see what happens.
as per my opinion Indian government will not refuse blockchain technology
and crypto currencies will be legal in India,there many reasons behind this which I will discuss in next blogs.
