Ingredients:-
- 250g potato.
- 1 cup tomato puree.
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
- 1 tsp kasoori methi.
- 1 pinch of hing.
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder.
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
- salt to taste.
- red chilli powder to taste.
- 2 cup of water.
- 1 tbsp chopped coriender leaves.
Method:-
In a microwave safe bowl add all dry masala powder, chopped onion and ginger garlic paste. Microwave it at 500W for 3 minutes.
Take it out add diced potatoes and water to it. Keep in the microwave and cook it in coverd bowl at 500w 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in between.
Add tomato puree to it. Microwave at 500w for another 8 minutes.
When done, take it out, sprinkle chopped coriender leaves on it and serve hot.
