ALOO TOMATO VEGETABLE.

Ingredients:-

  • 250g potato.
  • 1 cup tomato puree.
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
  • 1 tsp kasoori methi.
  • 1 pinch of hing.
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder.
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
  • salt to taste.
  • red chilli powder to taste.
  • 2 cup of water.
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriender leaves.

Method:-

  • In a microwave safe bowl add all dry masala powder, chopped onion and ginger garlic paste. Microwave it at 500W for 3 minutes.

  • Take it out add diced potatoes and water to it. Keep in the microwave and cook it in coverd bowl at 500w 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in between.

  • Add tomato puree to it. Microwave at 500w for another 8 minutes.

  • When done, take it out, sprinkle chopped coriender leaves on it and serve hot.
