Ingredients:-
- 10 baby corns.
- 3 brinjals.
- 1/2 cup mushroom.
- 1/2 cup broccoli.
- 100g beans.
- 1/2 cup cauliflower.
- 1 tbsp oil.
- 1 tbsp soya sauce.
- 1 tbsp vinegar.
- 1 tbsp sugar.
- 1 cup water.

Red curry paste:-
- 6 red chillies.
- 1 chopped onion.
- 8 garlic flakes.
- 4 basil leaves.
- salt to taste.
Method:-
MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
Grind all the ingredients of the red curry paste to a paste.
In a microwave safe bowl, microwave oil at 500W for 30 to 40 seconds.
Add red curry paste and microwave at 500W for 8 to minutes. Stir in between.
Add all chopped vegetables, 1 cup water and microwave in covered bowl for 10 to 15 minutes at full power. Stir in between.
Now add soya sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar and water. Microwave for 5 minutes 400W.
Keep the bowl covered for 5 minutes.
Thai red curry is ready.
Serve hot with rice of noodles.

But which beans will use in this recipe.
And also which vinegar ( apple vinegar, balsamic vinegar, malt vinegar, rice vinegar, cane vinegar etc) is used to prepare this recipe.....
