Ingredients:-
- 2 large pizza base.
For Topping:-
- 250g chopped onion.
- 250g chopped tomatos.
- 125g chopped capsicum.
- 100g sliced mushroom.
- 250g mozerella cheese.
- 3 tsp pizza sauce.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper powder.

Method:-
MAKES 2 SERVINGS.
Preheat the oven at 200'c
Spread pizza sauce on each pizza base.
For topping mix all vegetables, salt, pepper powder. Microwave the chopped veg. In a microwave safe bowl for 2 minutes. At full power.
Now spread the vegetable topping on each pizza base along with the sliced mushrooms.
Sprinkle grated pizza cheese at the top of each pizza.
Bake on the high rack at 200'c for 10 to 15 minutes. Till the cheese melts.
Yummy cheese pizza is ready.
Cut into pieces and serve with sauce.
