Masturbation is the self stimulation of the genitals to achieve sexual arousal and pleasure, usually to the point of orgasm.
Ejaculation and immediate reproduction of sperm cells take a tremendous amount of energy. If you’re having sex every day and ejaculating, your body is spending a lot of energy of balancing sperm levels; the power saved from sex could be used for building muscle instead of orgasm.
Since testosterone levels in the body are highly indicative of capacity to build lean muscle mass, the more testosterone you have, chances are, the faster you will build muscle.
If you attempt to workout after sex or menstrubation , you may not get as great of results from it since overall testosterone levels will be lower, and having the higher level of testosterone moving through the body is one thing that will help boost lean muscle development.
NOT ejaculating would drastically higher free testosterone levels, as this act gets the sperm flowing and ready for blast off. Then you don’t blast off, muscle recovery then benefits from the free sperm via the heightened sexual stimulation
