Well first off this beat is hot. There are zero lyrical problems, and your sylable placement is spot on. the flow is good but misses great by a half aletter grade or so. The problem is that you don't stress some syllables you should instead be stressing. This is a extremely common mistake and the more a person raps the less it happens. My advice is to spend more time just recording things and listening to yourself. Be super critical of everything you do. When I rap a track I do take after take until I'm satisfied. Not saying you weren't satisfied, just telling you my process.
, also keep in mind you can spit six or four bars at a time and punch in for the next take, no one will ever know you did this and it helps because you can scrutinize yourself bar by bar.
