I practice a momentum when I do a front kick(thai box style)
When my feet goes in the air I jump (forwards) a little with my other feet.
to create extra momentum.

a stretch routine everyday will not only help your physical practice by helping reconfigure your musculo-skeletal structure, but mentally ,use the stretch time to clear your head, focus on breath and meditate. 10 minutes per day, each day, really adds up to build mental strength.
