If you ever experienced this terrible headache that they call migraine, you are in a good place. I am gonna tell you what can help you to minimize the pain (what actually helped me).
Headaches have been known to me for a long time, I tried different practices but nothing really helped. I used special painkillers for migraine but I felt sleepy and dazed after them and had trouble concentrating. Pills can help you but only temporarily. Recently, however, I received a referral to a specialist who sent me to a physiotherapist. It seemed to me very strange because generally I was fit so I did not think that I would someday come to a physiotherapist. However, it turns out that migraine can be caused by tight muscles of the spine . This, however, is triggered by stress, sitting jobs or some sports. That's why I was referred to a physiotherapist.
I will say yes, the treatment is short and a little painful, but personally helped me a lot. I need to take 6 treatments (once a week). Two treatments I already have behind and to my surprise is already improving! For two weeks I did not have the slightest headache, and before treatments two days a week were consumed by migraine.
There are still 4 treatments waiting for me but I already share with you my experience because I see that there are already effects!:)
