Javier Milei, beating Massa and "massa", in Argentina -- a libertarian ancap President?

Javier Milei just became the President of Argentina. He loudly and unapologetically espouses libertarian and anarcho capitalist values. He is sick of the whiny right wing. He despises the Left. But, most importantly, his rhetoric is aimed at the elite "moderate" center, the true enemy of humanity. The poetic beauty of his vanquished opponent being named 'Massa' was not lost on me.

This is a huge WHITEPILL.

OK, first for the inb4.

Does liberty come through the political process, ever? No.

Will there ever be a political savior? No.

Is libertarian anarcho-capitalism compatible with democratic elections and voting? No, for the most part.

Is Milei some sort of model human being, worth emulating? No (quite the contrary, if you check his personal life).

Can't CIA/WEF simply rig anything anywhere, if something represents a cultural threat? They'd like to, whenever they can easily.

So, why am I happy?

First of all, I am humbled. I had never imagined that cultural acceptance of libertarian voluntaryist values would come about anywhere outside of conservative Christian America, in our thoroughly Marx-Hobbes poisoned world, and especially in a place like Argentina, which I had long ago given up on, as being a perpetual cesspool and wasteland of Maoist socialism. I am glad to be SO wrong. Healing and light can break forth even from the darkest and most dismal places.

I am happy because this represents a renewal of hope. If unashamed libertarian anarchist values can win politically, then, it means that truth has established a strong enough foothold in culture, even a culture with so much filth and rot.

No, politics cannot save. However, things that happen in the political theater can be indicative of salvation that has already happened or is happening in culture. Today, I choose to celebrate and cautiously smile at this small ray of hope. And, with the inevitable "failure" of Milei to actually bring about a reduction in the State, we may set yet more folks give up on the State altogether -- which is, ultimately, the only true hope.

All this begs a question. What's taking American Christians and conservatives so long? If grimy lifelong commies in Latin America can reform and repent, why not you? Why are you simping like fangirls after Manchurian puppeteers like Trump?

Last year, Messi brought joy from Argentina. This year, Milei signals the hope of peace on earth.
