Enjoy your time, but do come back. "Digital" vs "real" relationships is an illusion, IMO. The emotions we share and connect over are real. If Steemit wasn't in balance for you or if you were here just for rewards, then surely step away. Come back for the friendships.

I'm already back haha! Not really, simply going to be posting a vlog series. Turns out the schedule here is much less full than I was hoping for and cell phones & laptops are always out & around :-/
I wish I could say I've had much in the way of emotional connections on Steemit, but those were pretty much all back in the summer of 2016, before the place (at least from my limited point of view) became a ghost-town inhabited mostly by bots.
I think coming back to it this way, simply posting a video when the urge arises (written posts are a definite no-go with just a phone) and not checking back but once a day at most, should help bring more balance to the whole thing.
