RE: Celebrating the 2,500 follower milestone!

Congratulations , I've only been actively using Steem for around 3 days now but I'm glad your account was one of the first I found when I first signed up in October. You have great content! Wishing you continued success. :)

Thank you, @ribbitingscience :D

I feel honored to be one the very first accounts you found and followed!

The honor is all mine, you have excellent content! I wish I had started actively using this site sooner, it has the largest, most active stem community that I've been able to find of any alternative social media site to date.

Yeah, the community here is great. At least you're starting now, and it's far from too late to get involved with the Steem community, so I would not worry too much about what I had missed out on if I were you, and rather focus on the future.

Good point, I've already invited a few people to join and only have one more essay, on evolution and the progression of scientific knowledge, I have to move over (I hope people like multi-part posts here, going to have to redivide it up from the original two to at least four parts with the different site formatting o.0).

Multi-part posts might work, and I have planned some of these myself, because it is certainly a lot better than having a single 3,000 words+ post in my opinion. But some people might feel like it is an attempt to get more upvotes by spreading the posts out (while not understanding the huge amount of work these posts often require).

Well, hopefully most people will understand, putting a 3100 word essay with a dozen pictures into a single post sounds like a surefire way to make sure no one reads it. Either way, thanks for the advice!

Yeah, exactly! You're welcome :)
