I do believe if spending tremendous time and effort and making good things happen for new people and a way to give exposure to new people deserve to get paid for their time. That's a LOT of effort and reading and it's complex. It's pretty incredible what some make happen for others. I don't think that it's wrong for them to get paid for it.
