It's the same formula that I learned in English classes for writing essays, with an intro thesis, the body of the essay, and then a conclusion. Sometimes I actually remember to use it in writing here.

Yes. And for intros there is repetition too, you bring up the subject and hint at it, before getting to it and listing its details. Conclusions too, you recap and stuff.
Today we are going to talk about repetition. Repetition is quite repetitive. We will be looking at how to repeat, how to repeat, and how to be repetitive.
So now you know how repetition works. You can be repetitive by repeating. Perhaps some day humanity will repeat its positive aspects more readily than histories tragedies and catastrophes.
